1. Licence grant

Europe In Frame grants the licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the licensed photograph for commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Permitted use

The licensed photograph may be used in:
- company websites;
- marketing materials;
- digital and print campaigns;
- corporate communications;
- promotional materials associated with the licensee's business.

3. Commercial use

Commercial use is permitted within the scope of this licence.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless separately agreed.

5. Territory

The licence is valid worldwide.

6. Resale and redistribution

The photograph may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone asset. It may not be offered in stock libraries, templates, asset packs or products whose primary value is the photograph itself.

7. Ownership

Copyright and all ownership rights remain with the copyright holder. The licence grants usage rights only.

8. Restrictions

The photograph may not be used unlawfully, deceptively, or in a manner that falsely implies endorsement by Europe In Frame, the photographer, or any depicted person or organisation.

9. Version

These are the Commercial Standard Licence terms, version 1.0. The licence applicable to a purchase is the version recorded with that order.
