EUROPE IN FRAME EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENCE Version 1.0 1. Licence grant Europe In Frame grants the licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for expanded commercial use of the licensed photograph, subject to these terms and any usage details agreed for the purchase. 2. Permitted use The licensed photograph may be used for broader commercial campaigns, wider distribution and extended commercial requirements beyond the standard commercial licence. 3. Commercial use Commercial use is permitted within the agreed scope of the licence. 4. Attribution Attribution is not required unless separately agreed. 5. Territory The licence is valid worldwide unless a different territory is recorded with the transaction. 6. Resale and redistribution The photograph may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone asset. Ownership of the underlying photograph is not transferred. 7. Ownership Copyright and all ownership rights remain with the copyright holder. 8. Additional scope Campaign scale, distribution, duration, media or other extended usage requirements may be specified separately as part of the transaction. Such recorded terms supplement this licence. 9. Restrictions The photograph may not be used unlawfully, deceptively or outside the usage rights granted for the transaction. 10. Version These are the Extended Commercial Licence terms, version 1.0. The licence applicable to a purchase is the version recorded with that order.
