1. 라이선스 부여

Europe In Frame은 본 약관과 구매 시 합의된 사용 세부 사항에 따라 라이선스 이용자에게 라이선스 대상 사진을 확장된 상업적 용도로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적 전 세계 라이선스를 부여합니다.

2. 허용되는 사용

라이선스 대상 사진은 표준 상업용 라이선스의 범위를 넘어서는 더 넓은 상업 캠페인, 확대된 배포 및 확장된 상업적 요구에 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. 상업적 사용

합의된 라이선스 범위 안에서 상업적 사용이 허용됩니다.

4. 저작자 표시

별도로 합의하지 않는 한 저작자 표시는 필요하지 않습니다.

5. 지역

거래에 다른 지역이 기록되지 않는 한 이 라이선스는 전 세계에서 유효합니다.

6. 재판매 및 재배포

사진을 독립 자산으로 재판매, 재라이선스 또는 재배포할 수 없습니다. 기초가 되는 사진의 소유권은 이전되지 않습니다.

7. 소유권

저작권과 모든 소유권은 저작권자에게 남습니다.

8. 추가 범위

캠페인의 규모, 배포, 기간, 매체 또는 그 밖의 확장된 사용 요건은 거래의 일부로 별도로 명시할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 기록된 조건은 이 라이선스를 보충합니다.

9. 제한

사진을 불법적이거나 기만적인 방식으로 또는 거래에 부여된 사용권 범위를 벗어나 사용할 수 없습니다.

10. 버전

본 문서는 확장 상업용 라이선스 약관 버전 1.0입니다. 구매에 적용되는 라이선스는 해당 주문에 기록된 버전입니다.

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENCE
Version 1.0

1. Licence grant

Europe In Frame grants the licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for expanded commercial use of the licensed photograph, subject to these terms and any usage details agreed for the purchase.

2. Permitted use

The licensed photograph may be used for broader commercial campaigns, wider distribution and extended commercial requirements beyond the standard commercial licence.

3. Commercial use

Commercial use is permitted within the agreed scope of the licence.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless separately agreed.

5. Territory

The licence is valid worldwide unless a different territory is recorded with the transaction.

6. Resale and redistribution

The photograph may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone asset. Ownership of the underlying photograph is not transferred.

7. Ownership

Copyright and all ownership rights remain with the copyright holder.

8. Additional scope

Campaign scale, distribution, duration, media or other extended usage requirements may be specified separately as part of the transaction. Such recorded terms supplement this licence.

9. Restrictions

The photograph may not be used unlawfully, deceptively or outside the usage rights granted for the transaction.

10. Version

These are the Extended Commercial Licence terms, version 1.0. The licence applicable to a purchase is the version recorded with that order.
