4. Territory and duration

5. Resale and redistribution
The licensed photograph may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone asset unless expressly included in the negotiated terms.
6. Ownership
Copyright and ownership of the underlying photograph remain with the copyright holder unless an explicit written copyright assignment states otherwise. An exclusive licence does not by itself transfer copyright.
7. Exclusivity
The precise exclusivity granted, including applicable media, market, territory, duration and permitted use, must be defined as part of the transaction. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
8. Restrictions
The photograph may not be used unlawfully, deceptively or beyond the exclusive scope recorded for the transaction.
